The online application will automatically be sent to the Lantana Ladies League and you will recieve a confirmation email, however your membership will not become active until dues are paid. Dues: Membership dues of $25.00 annually are payable upon joining. If joining after April 1, dues are $25.00 but are applied to the next years dues. Dues may be paid via Paypal or sent to Rhonda Williams at 1540 Meadows Ave, Lantana, TX 76226
